HBC entered the Chinese market in 2005, establishing the HBC company and factory in Shanghai. For over 20 years, HBC has focused on the research, development, and manufacturing of desiccant dehumidification systems and control equipment in China. With its mature and sophisticated manufacturing processes, extensive design experience, and rigorous work ethic, HBC has achieved a significant market share in Europe and around the world. After entering the Chinese market, HBC further expanded its production capacity in 2023 by investing $7 million to construct a facility spanning nearly 16,000 square meters—comprising production plants and office buildings—at the Jiaxing International Manufacturing Industrial Park in Zhejiang Province, establishing it as the HBC Group’s Asia-Pacific production base. Over the course of more than 20 years of development, HBC has provided customized desiccant dehumidification systems and control equipment to numerous domestic clients, earning widespread acclaim from them.

In March 2026, HBC secured an investment from the Dutch company IAC, marking a comprehensive upgrade of the company’s business operations, mission, and capabilities. Globally, the IAC Group’s subsidiaries and distributors span more than 40 countries across various regions. Fifty-three percent of our annual sales of over 100 million euros come from export sales, thanks to IAC’s global management, specialized products, and professional services, as well as our standardized, customer-tailored products that meet the market requirements of each region.
